I was wondering if any of you guys know who makes aftermarket polyurethane front bumpers? I've been having a hard time finding companies that offer this instead of FRP. Is the Nismo front bumper a complete replacement or just a lip?

The JDM Nismo Is a full replacement bumper in FRP, the US spec is just a front lip, I think it's poly but I'm not sure. There was a company going to make a poly NISMO Replica full bumper but I don't think they ever did.

The only full Poly front bumpers I know of are the Stillen ones
