If the bolt snapped, you dont have a problem. Just install a new one.
However, I believe you mis-worded this, and meant that the STUD snapped, correct? If this is the case, you can hammer it out after you remove the wheel and brake. Get a new stud from NNA, and re-install with a high torque impact gun.
