not to be funny or anything, but if that's a pic of your car in your signature, don't you have a fairlady Z emblem?

oh, it looks like trillion's pic showed a fairlady emblem on back...my mistake
Why is that ricey? Looks like a pretty good widebody kit, no stickers, no huge wing.. Nice rims.. I dont get it?? Also, looks like he's real deal, as you can notice all the glass in his car has been removed - probably to add some lightweight plexi or the like..
Fairlady is the correct name of the Z.. it was changed when it shipped out of japan to other countries.. It is done obviously for marketing reasons similar to having separate badges for infinity/nissan, acura/honda, etc..
I don't care what anyone says they changed the name because no one else in the world except the Japanese would want a car named, "Fairlady" The fact that it is named after a broadway musical just proves the point...

@May 21 2005, 09:51 PM For me it is a tie between spinners and exterior lighting that does not match the paint of the car i.e. green undercarriage with a brick

No Offense to anyone but: PEOPLE THAT CALL THIS RICE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT JGTC CARS with its JDM roots.
Come to think of it most people use the word "rice" too freely. The original meaning of it was for slow cars with 0 budget and cheap parts. Usually poor quality parts such as ADR wheels would have been considered rice back in 1995. The cheap fake wheels, altezzas, loud ass useless mufflers on 90 hp cars, too much bondo, unpainted parts, led lights on the windshield sprayers, basically anything with low grade engineering, etc etc. I guess the meaning is changing since the 90s after "The Fast and Furious" and the boom of low quality knock offs and ebay. FAKE 2 pc or 3 piece wheels were DEFINITELY rice in 95. Nowadays ricers call other ricers "rice." lol
Be re-edumacated and check out some of these cars. http://www.urbanracer.com/articles/anmviewer.asp?a=1202&z=26

Yeah this is a sweet widebody kit I don't think that's ricey one bit, it looks very tastefully done! The prices on the site seem very reasonably! http://www.mastergrade.net
