Hey guys. How about a how to on swapping stock rotors to bigger ones and a how to on changing the stock brake pads?

AYREC, you don't switch to bigger rotors unless if you go to a big brake kit. You can change your rotors to slotted but it won't help much.
To swap your rotors, take off the wheel, unbolt the caliper and yank em off.

Something a little different.  I'd like to see a passenger side airbag cutoff switch.  My roommates just had a baby and I want to be able to turn the airbag off if I should need to have the baby in my car.

Wanted to drop a quick note on the post for Air Bag cutoff. Here is some info since I just ent thru the process myself.

the 03 has a generation 1 airbag, it is not applicable to any generation 2 car as the the G2 has a sensor in the seat. the way to tell is if you put something under 100lbs in the seat an led on the dash will light indicating the air bag will not deploy.

anyway here is your process

1. Go to US DOT website and download the "request for Airbag on-off switch" form. they give you a fax number to fax it to. here is the link - www.nhtsa.dot.gov/airbags/rule/section09.html - form link - www.nhtsa.dot.gov/airbags/brochure/req_form.html
2. Within about 2 weeks of faxing it you will recieve a letter from DOT authroizing you to install. Their website will also give you the local/regional companies that are authorized to install the airbags. Most dealers are not authorized and this is a liablity issue, so who ever installs has a big insurance policy!
3. present the letter to Nissan and they can order the kit. Now it took 2 weeks form my dealer to find the proper information so here are the part numbers you will need :

a. B5580-77J02 - SW Kit-Air Bag
b. 24170-CD025 - Harn Air Bag

the kit comes with awesome directions, however, the certified installer must signoff on the DOT approval and send it back in so in the event there is ever an accident and it did not work as proposed - they hold liablity. if you do the mod.....we'll you know how it goes.

it is very extensive as the front dash has to come off, the center console comes off, the speaker housing. their is an indicator lamp that mounts in the overhead cabin lights (between them by the Rview mirror) and you will loose a small compartment above the glove box as the switch mounts inside the compartment.

Hope this helps.

Don't know of you can swing it, but how about:

1. pop-out tire shreading spinners
2. .30 cals mounted behind the HIDs
3. passenger ejection seat

These would be great for starters!

BTW, I can get the belted .30 cal ammo if you can't.
