Iforged makes a wheel that looks like this called "Swift".

They are custom made HRE wheels. 19x10 front and 19x13 rear. He also got a 2 off set of I believe 8 or 10 piston Brembos in the front.

Alot of wheel and tire !!! It was featureed in Super Street mag.
