Depends on which Volks but in general they weigh about 10 lbs less than stock each. That is some serious weight savings considering that it is rotating mass. I personally weighed my Nismo rims (made by Rays also) and they were 12 lbs lighter than the stock 17 rims and I am told that the stock 18's weigh about the same. So it is an easy assumption that your Volk 19's will also weigh in at about 10 lbs lighter each.
Sorry I don't have the exact numbers with me but trust me I am correct. Enjoy.
The GT-C's are not a super light-weight wheel. From what I have seen, the stock 18's weigh 25-26 lbs. Even the forged monoblock TE37's and CE28's are around 20 lbs. in the 19" sizes. Maybe someone who actually has the GT-C's can verify, but they are probably around 25 lbs in those widths. With wider tires, I would say you will break even with the stock set up or possibly even be a little heavier.
