i cant say that ive herad of it happening any time soon.. i might be wrong though
well thing is im in the market for a z and there is a used one that is a 2003 at a dealership and it has like 25000 miles and they are asking 27000 for it but the guy they said drove the car agressively and i dont want to buy one and have it already crappy and i was just wondering if i should wait and see if any buddy knew about a twin turbo coming out or something like that
THey might be able to get that much for that car, but I wouldn't let it be you who gives it to them.
what Z model is that ?
if the dealership is telling you that the car was abused - it really had to be abused a lot...
for $27K you could be in a new 05 base or maybe even an Enthusiast..

as far as TT Z , personally - I dont think its gonna happen anytime soon , but who knows...
If you're looking to buy soon, which I'm guessing you are, waiting for a stock TT would be a waste of time. There is a chance, albeit a small one, that there could be a TT for 2006, but the high price of the TT is what led to the cease in production of the 300ZX, so I really don't see it happening
Definitely not going to happen. Like DiRN said above, the TT kit for the 300's was what caused the cease in production. Nobody wanted to pay that much for a Z, and I don't think they will now either.

Add on top of that the new skyline coming in 2007, and it's pretty much completely out of the question. Putting a TT in the Z would give it production hp numbers very close to what they're looking for in the new skyline. If you could buy a TT Z for ~40, nobody would waste an extra 20K on a new skyline.

I wouldn't pay that much for an aggressive 25000 miles.

And the GT-R is being released in 2007 as an Infiniti. The Skyline (remember, they are two separate cars now) is the G35.
Oh right. Good catch on that DiRN. Either way, I wouldn't expect to see a TT Z any time soon. You can get it installed yourself for around 6K though.
