turbo pistons

i bought the greddy twin turbo system for my car about 8 months ago. i had it installed and ran it easy for two days. i blew my engine because the installer ****** up and boosted it too high.. (17psi) as most of you know.. on a high compression engine like the Z's... that is gunna fuckin blow something right?

anyways.. i've been running ona stock block now for about 5 months and want to try it again. i have found 8.5:1 comp. pistons and rods for 1500.. and that's a little steep for me.. anyone know where i could find a better piston/rod deal? oh yeah.. my block has been bored 20 over.. so any help would be nice.. thanks guys.

OUCH!! 17PSI? I am not too familiar with piston/rod prices but im sure some guys will chime in.

Sorry to read about your misfortune...I know it all to well.
Sounds like pretty good pricing on rods/pistons to me...usually about $1800 for both.

I have some Arias pistons (new) with rings, locks and wrist pins for sale here:
