Tranny capacity (fluid)

I am sick of the clunky tranny on the Z. I am going to replace the fluid iwth Royal Purple. Can someone tell me the capacity of the transmission on a 6 spd Z 04? I need to know how many quarts to order

for a manual, it is 3 1/4 quarts. Oil grade is API GL-4, viscosity SAE 75W-85
i am also in this same situation, except im replacing mines with Motul %100 syn. does anybody know the capacity for the differntial? thanks.
2 quarts for the diff.. i am replacing my tranny fluid tomorrow and will have a step by step writeup..
Just FYI, if you have 5AT be prepared to pay $199+ for tranny fluid swap at the dealer!!!!!! 11 qts of tranny fluid needed :OMG:

You can buy the tranny fluid for the 5AT by the gallon for $6 from the dealership...if you pay by the quart it costs more. I have two gallons in my garage.
i had the tranny/differntial fluid switched to Motul Synthetic(GL4) today and I LOVE IT!!! no more clunky shifts, its definitely a whole new world... =D

got the tranny fluid done. its easy but MESSY!!! Im working on the instructions now.
