You can't get much more south than Wildwood. I think the Wildwoods are something like exit 3 off the Parkway. I haven't been there in like 8 year, but I'd expect it to be a 3 hour drive or so once you hit Jersey

The Wildwoods Convention Center is a brand new state of the art convention center that sits literally right on the Jersey Shore boardwalk and beach. Through out the summer months the Jersey Shore in Wildwoods will have an average daily attendance on the weekends of well over 1/4 million people.
