Test Pipes?

I have a 2003 350z with a stock exhaust I'm looking for a little more rumble to it, I have a plenum spacer and a k&n intake those both made the exhaust sound meaner which I loved so I'm looking for something else I can do and will also add some hp and relatively cheap I'm thinking some straight test pipes? I don't want it extremely loud because state troopers like to hang around where I live and give out exhaust tickets so something not noticeable when I'm just driving but when I floor it you will hear it.

Any suggestions?

Changing them to test pipes will most likely turn on the CEL. There's a resonator by the rear tire, between the muffler and the one-sided part of the y-pipe. You can't miss it, the part is made by Calsonic:) Take it out and weld a regular round pipe back on. It sounds really nice and only $40. Check the video out.

Could just be my ears but... I wouldn't call that an improvement in sound quality.

I have a set of Megan Racing Test Pipes and Megan Headers … I am not going to use them (I went with stillen to compliment my existing exhaust) and if you want either or make me a ridiculously low offer and cover shipping and their yours!
Pictures of the Megan Test Pipes and Megan Headers.

These are pretty small pics, if you want full resolution PM me know and I'll email them to you.

Make me a offer, cover shipping and they're yours! (I'm thinking around $150 shipped) both sets are in great condition and I would like these to go to a build that will use them.

I would like to sell them as a 4pack but I will separate them…sounds like a few of you are interested in just the pipes?? Whatever!

You're out of options mang. Test pipes, high flow cats, or cut out the resonator in the mid pipe. Those are the only three ways that I know of to "enhance" the stock exhaust sound. All three are likely illegal (two are for sure) so you're gonna have to take a chance to get this done IMO.
