Not sure about the 240z, but I used to have an automagic Maxima. The tranny oil cooler was at the bottom of the radiator attached to it. Maybe it is the power steering cooler?
So what is it?
In front of my radiator on my 2005 Roadster is something that looks like an oil cooler. I have a copy of the 2004 Service Manual which states that the 5-sp Auto has an trans cooler but I have a 6 sp manual, so is it an unused trans cooler or an oil cooler, any ideas.
PS if it is a trans cooler, does Nissan but then on all 350Z? What a waste of money. Could it somehow be used as an oil cooler?
