Wow, dude, that is NICE!
Thanks. I will miss the Z. I have over 48K into the Z and it is now working better than ever......but when I had a chance to jump on the Cobra, I took it.
I will be posting the Z specs and pics very soon in the for sale thread.

Yea...I bought it complete....It was built by Levy racing with all new parts. Car has a total of 10,500 miles on it. I scored the car and deal of a lifetime. That's why I bought it before I sold my Z....this only happens once in a lifetime I wasn't going to miss it.

That really sucks. I see that he's located in SoCal and has a couple of accounts on here.

I didn't think you were selling the Z. What happened?

No time or room for both cars. After 4/15 taxes.....I could use the extra $$$$$. Buyer is a good guy out of the midwest. He's getting my car for less than I have into performance parts alone.......

For the record let me clear things up. To be honest, I agree with all of you, including Jim. I didn't make good on a payment for several reasons.

Jim will tell you that I did buy a harness bar and harness' from him several months prior, paid him the full amount on the first payment. So I did make good, and no one else that I have purchased from will say these things about me. I had sent him a partial payment, and he had already shipped out the kit. I then was laid off, and ended up wearing out my savings to even just keep my car. Shortly after, something happened to my account, and I was not able to log in. Unfortunately, this was the only contact I had with Jim. JIM can ALSO tell you that I contacted him when I signed up with a new username to let him know what had happened, that I was back on the forum, and that I wanted to make good on things. I had moved completely out of the area to live with family since I had no job, hardly any money (trying to live off savings for 6 months) and nearly lost my Z. I did want to make good. I had a personal emergency with family these past couple of weeks, and was not available. A check to get him towards being paid off is on its way.

There is more to this story. I had no intention for it to go on this long. Had that really been the case, I would have never created the a similar username as the one before (which was FSTRNHM but my old posts show up as Guest_FSTRNHM) and then contacted him. I mean, come on guys. I am an honest person, who did make some mistakes but I want to fix this. I would hope Jim considers removing this post when he is paid off, and will let people know that I am not the Con artist, and " A-Hole" he called me in a pm.

I will make good on this. I do keep my word, and I will make this better. To Jim: I made some mistakes, I need to fix those, and I plan on doing that. I don't want anyone to think I am a bad person, or anything of this nature.

Thanks,
Jeff

Since we're "on the record".... my PM from Jeff

Hi Jim,

I am sorry for not replying back, and not responding. As you can see, I haven't been on the site in several weeks. I never had any intent on not paying you, and really can't believe you posted that stuff. I'll make this better, but I still cannot you would post that.

I had a check sent from my bank since I was out of checks. The automated check is said to be paid to you this coming Wednesday. When it will arrive I am not sure, but I assume you will receive it Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. If you do not recieve it by then, let me know but I gave the bank your address at work to send the check to.

Again, sorry for not getting back to you. Initially, when I did it with the bank, I selected the wrong month, so it wasn't set to go out till 6/19/2010, when I noticed that I changed it to arrive this month, but the earliest it could be payable to you is the 19th.

Thanks,
Jeff

Well Jeff.....I have extended you alot of grace on this deal......and up until I finally got pissed, I have been nothing but really cool about all this. Yes, you did pay up for the harness bar etc...which is why I trusted you with the BBK. Yes you did contact me and assure me you were "good for it". But, when I found you on the site asking questions about parts you purchased when you still owe me......there comes a point in time when enough is enough and I have reached it. I know that you have moved etc but, my mailing address has never changed....what prevented you from "making good" on my parts before you bought more? When I get your payment I will gladly let the forum know that you have met your obligations....until then, you are just blowing sunshine up my arse.

I do agree that you were not rude to me up until that point. I got those shocks used, because I can't afford new ones. I am sorry I hadn't paid you right at that moment, and that was trully my bad. But, I had every intention to pay you off fully once I could. I have been MIA for the last several weeks, and rest assured I realize how that looked on your end, and to others on this site.

For the record, I never knew your full name, or your address. You had a friend with a paypal account and I made a payment to you thru that account. When I moved away, I had never kept any boxes that showed your address. Regardless, I messed up, and am idiot and liar, and I will fix it.

I am sorry for everything. I use to have things so good, and now I struggle to buy used parts for my car. Times are tough. I will pay you off and delete my account and never come back to the site again, as I am sure I wont even be wanted anymore. I don't blame anyone for not trusting me.

Sorry again.

This is not the end of the world....everyone screws up....just fix what you broke and move on. Holy cow dude...life is too short. If this is the biggest problem you and I have in our lives, then ****, we're doing pretty good. If you lived near me I would most likely punch you in mouth....feel bad about it....and we'd get a burger. Drama done, over. This is a good site for Z knowledge so don't leave it on my account. If anyone give you crap in the future and you have already fixed what was broken, that's there problem, not yours.

That's good to hear. I've met up with Jeff on a few occasions to work on maintenance items on his car and he seems like a good guy to me, unless I'm just dense or something. :dunno:

Well, if you talk to him soon, tell him to send the rest ASAP. I haven't heard from him, again, in awhile so I don't have any idea when the full payment is comming.

Jim,
Mind telling us how much Jeff owe you?
And how long has it been since his last payment?
$50 bux seems like a small payment for BBK but he's making progress.

To be fair though, there really isn't a valid excuse for this. First off, you should never agree to buy something from a fellow member without having the ability and/or intention to pay. Secondly, if misfortune should befall you and you can't pay... you put the **** back in the f*cking box and send it back.

Jeff,
You should take Ronin's advice.
