It goes into the shop on the 4th of April to get painted, hopefully it doesn't need much prep. It's as smooth as a babies butt, so I wouldn't think so.

But what the **** are these black things in the last two pictures?

I believe those are used to help mark the position of the holes you need to drill, but I know you have the template because you gave it to me so you should be fine. I did have to drill a little to the outside of the upper holes for my wing to fit correctly tho. Just FYI.

Cool, Chris! Good luck with matching the pearl. Should be at least a 3 step process.

I did do it myself and it was a bit of a PITA. But truthfully I don't trust my car with anyone but me. If I screw it up I know it's my fault and I can't do anything about it. Just make sure you check and recheck many times.

Thanks... I am not too concerned with it. The shop that's gonna do the paint and install has already painted my bumper once and soon to be a second time so they've got the mix down pretty well. They had a company called Finish Masters come out and match the color... that's all this company does, so I shouldn't be too bad away from stock color. HOPEFULLY.

Hey guys... I dropped the car and spoiler off at the body shop to replace my front bumper and also to install the spoiler. What kind of price should I expect for paint and install?

300? More? Less?

Any insight would be great, I don't want to get sticker shock when they call me and say it's gonna cost X, you know?
