While possible it's not really worth it. The Bose system is not compatible with anything else, it requires an external amp which the non-bose unit does not have. You can buy a convertor that would allow the Bose HU to work with an external amp and the stock speakers. There are some threads on MY350Z.com and 350ZMotoring.com regarding this subject.
And on top of that, you'd be buying a head unit that is known to be faulty. And since it wouldn't be factory installed, it would've carry the full warranty that people with the factory setup get
