Can i run a 225/45 18 on a 18x10.5 +15?

I'm planning to run this set up for about a month before my paycheck comes in and ima get better tires. Any recommended tire size?

Are you planning on running that size all 'round? If so, you'll run into fitment problems up front. And no, a 225/45-18 will not ptoperly fit onto a rim that wide.
