Wow- that youtube link posted above was really just a crappy ad for a universal brake kit that Power Stop is selling. Greg from carid really didn't do a review of this product (and certainly nothing any 350Z owner will find interesting), as much as simply creating an infomercial. I hope carid will read this and post a reply with some substance behind it!

Thanks for the response dkmura. Z23 is a brake series produced by Power Stop and there are few different applications available for the Z-cars with or without Brembo brakes, you can view them by clicking on the product title or pictures in my original post.

What would you like to see in a video review so it could be more informative and intersting for you?

More than just an infomercial to be sure! How about a video of the actual product being installed on a 350Z and some factual data (previous brake performance vs. the PS Z23 kit) about how the product improved (or degraded) vehicle performance. Hire a few racers to get their comments on how such a kit performed at the racetrack. That would be a good first step to making it a true video review.

Beyond being a site sponsor, does carID have the capability to produce (either written or video) reviews of these products on vehicles like the 350Z that would be informative and interesting to members of the site? They should include:

-What parts are included in the product for sale and how they fit the application (ie. 350Z) in question?
-How did the installation of the product go? Any comments on tools needed and the time expended should be included.
-After installation, how successful was the product in terms of improving performance? Parameters will need to be established.
-A synopsis of the primary gains and drawbacks of installing the product should be mandatory.

CarID- the ball's in your court! Please respond...

Thanks a lot for the reply! Your points definitely make a lot of sense to me. Actually there is a lot of detailed product reviews on our YouTube channel dedicated to popular trucks, Jeeps and other cars, so I am sure it wouldn't take long untill we get our hands on 350z/370z to make in-depth video reviews for this model and address your questions.

We will definitely consider improving our future reviews to make them more interesting for you guys.

Thanks again!
