On a superblack z which wheels would you go with. 18" Nismo LMGT4s or 19" Axis Milanos.

Personally, I prefer the shape of the Nismo spokes over the shape of the Axis spokes

Ditto, but I wish they came in 19's with a better offset for more lip.

Yeah, the only problem with the Nismos is that there's only one size option

actually, nismo does make a 19" version, but i think its special order from japan only. i havent seen any for sale stateside, so you'll be paying thru the nose if you really want them

I'd go with the nismo's. They're fairly cheap (not sure about axis pricing) and I think they look better.

are you going strictly for the looks , or do you care about your cars performance too ? dont go more than 18" if you race/track your car..

Yea looks like I will be going with the Nismos as long as this deal goes well. Someone is selling a brand new set for just over 1600 shipped and I cant really pass it up. I like both sets of wheels im just so scared of going 19 and hitting potholes while im driving uptown for school every day. 18s are the safer choice and the tires are cheaper!

I would suggest the LMGTs over the Axis because the legs of the 5 star pattern are narrower and look cleaner. Also because they are lighter and stronger and will work better for autocross racing, if that is your thing. The Axis legs seem to be much wider and look like they take up too much space of the wheel well. Now a better alternative to this situation would be to go for a set of Volk LE or TE 37s. They are basically the same rim as the LMGT but come in a 19" and have a cleaner lug pattern. Just my 0.02.
