I just bought 2 cases of Amsoil for wifey's car and mine. The carton says 25,000 miles between changes.
I used to change our oil at 3-3500 miles (regular oil). I bought the synthetic to be able to extend that. I've been planning on changing the syn oil at 10k (as opposed to the 7500 recommended by most manufacturers).
Why would anyone feel they need to change syn oil at 3-6k miles?
