It was, but they used the same basic car. Z vs BMW.

In both cases, the Z came out top in performance.

The only thing you get from the BMW for the loads of extra cash you spend is that little blue and white thingy on the front and back. BMW needs to step their game up if their going to demand higher premiums for an equivalent or lesser car. Brand loyalty is only gonna work for so long, ask the US automakers.
