I've seen some that are "inserts"....some that are complete replacement grills. Has anyone done this on their own? Is it hard to do? Which grill did you get. I hate our black plastic crap OEM ones........any advice?

What do you mean by inserts? Like grilles that go over the plastic? Or are you talking about removing and replacing the plastic grille?

I have the superstreet chromed diamond racing grilled from stillen:

<a href='http://stillen.com/sportscars_products.asp?make_id=23&model_id=1698&StartYear=2003&EndYear=2005&cat=3&Brand=&subcat=160&dsbp=1]http://stillen.com/sportscars_products.asp...bcat=160&dsbp=1[/url]

I just want to have it powder coated but here is what it looks like on:

I got my grille from B-Cool Billets and installed it myself with no problems... Mine required removal of the factory plastic grille, but in my opinion it looks a billion times better than the ones that cover the OEM grille and is EXCELLENT quality.

It was very easy to install, but I took my time and filed everything down flush so it was a little time consuming. The only problem was that the instructions that came with the grille were written poorly, but I called B-Cool Billets up and they were very helpful over the phone and gave me the proper installation procedure.

See pics of my grille below.
