First one is a Silver 2006 Touring 350z for $9,000 with 42k miles. It's a manual transmission and was fun to test drive. There have been 3 in owners total. The concern I have is it had 3 accidents on the Carfax (no airbags deployed). The guy who owns it worked for Nissan in the services department and said he had OEM parts to replace the front right fender.

The second one is a Black 2005 35th Anniversary Edition for $10,050 with 37k miles. It's also a manual transmission and was also fun to drive. There have been 2 owners in total. The plus is it has a completely clean Carfax report. Love the fact that it already has Brembo brakes and he replaced the stock intake with a Nismo one.

I'm leaning towards the second one but wanted this communities opinion before moving forward. Any thoughts?

Both those Z cars have advantages. The first one likely has the mid-model upgrades that came with the late 2006-2008 models (revised interiors, control interfaces, etc.) and was owned by someone who knew what they were doing. The second Z has a cleaner record and GT equipment, so as you say, it's a plus. Whichever Z you are serious about buying, check for service records and have a vehicle assessment done by an independent mechanic.
