My Weekend On The Track At Spring Mountain
I spent last weekend (3/27-28/04) on the track at Spring Mountain Raceway in Pahrump (great name, eh?), Nevada, with a group called RacerFactory.com. It was a terrific event. I got a total of 10 runs of 25 minutes each. The instructors were good, the event well-organized, and it is a great and challenging track.
I was the only 350Z there. There was one G35 Coupe 6MT. Most of the cars were Audis and VWs, with about 6 Porsches, 3 Ferraris, a WRX STi, an RX8, a Mazdaspeed 3, and a few Mini Cooper S.
I did good. I passed a 911, and kept another race-prepped 911 at bay, so he never could catch and pass me. Great fun was had by all.
I plan to post some pics here of the cars at the event.

There were 3 Ferraris. I didn't get any pics of the white 308 GTS. Here is the 550 Maranello
