I personally feel that a EGT guage will not help you save your motor if something goes wrong..Hotter EGT temps will tell you if you run Lean or Rich believe it or not...A better gueage would be a wide band O2.
I would go with Boost,Fuel pressure,Oil pressure,and Wide band O2
And actually a boost guage on a SC does nothing as you will only get the max boost the pulleys can make at redline, not like a turbo where you can get boost creep and blow up!!
The boost gauge on a SC can be helpful in monitoring the max boost to make certain that the belt is not slipping. Also, if you start swapping pulleys it let you know what the pulley change netted you. Also as far the the Oil Pressure gauge, do you think that the OEM gauge is inaccurate?
