I'm planning to purchase Michelin Primacy Tour from 4WheelOnline for my 2008 Nissan 350Z. Has anyone tried this brand before? If yes, what are your thought about these tires?

Of course, I've used Michelin tires before, but not the primacy MXM4. Specs look like this particular tire is designed to provide a good ride, while handling and traction are secondary. This seems at odds with what a Z is all about, but that may be your priority. Michelin makes a good tire, but I think there may be some better options in an all-season tire.

Currently, my street Z rides on BFG G-Force Comp 2 A/S plus and it has proven to be a good option for driving in my home state of Colorado.

Hey Jaycee- what did you finally choose as a tire for your Z? If you're still undecided, I'd suggest looking at tirerack.com for more options.

I’ve had a set for a couple of years, no complaints. Tire rack had the best price.

While we may never know what tire Jaycee finally purchased, I'm curious what the Michelin Primacy Tour is like on a Z? How is traction in rain or snow? The ride must be good, but what about overall performance? How are they wearing after a couple of years?
