I’m at wits end here so I’m reaching and grabbing for anything. Bought a 350z, decided to replace headlight housing, headlights worked fine just looked terrible. Replaced housing. Now nothing works. Replaced fuses, replaced ballast, replaced bulb. Switched back to stock housing, ran voltmeter to components. High beam halogen, and all other lights works. Swapped parts, ran ground elsewhere, swapped sides. It’s been two weeks. Any suggestions?!

It always helps to post what year and model Z you own. Having said that, if all you did was switch out housings, there shouldn't be any issues. You mentioned you "ran a voltmeter to components", what were the readings? Also, have you pulled codes from the BCM to determine if anything is held in memory?
