i got a call late last night that my buddy wrecked his ford ranger, but he is alright. he asked me if i knew of any local mechanics that he could go to, and i was wondering if anybody on the board knew of one?

well it was his GF's car, and yes he has insurance but he drinking which wasnt smart!!

Not sure what part of town your friend lives in but, I found a really good and trustworthy mechanic at City Garage in Plano located on 15th st. and Coit. Ask for Ken.

They are a bit more expensive than some other shops, but he has stayed after closing to take my front sway bar off regrease everything, and put back on for free (after I paid initially for the install). He is very dedicated to make sure everything is satisfactory and as perfect as possible. Great guy and wonderful service!
