:newbie: Hey guys/gals.....just bought a 350z and I know there are tons of things to do to the car to fix it up. I want to know what you guys/gals have done to yours and the inexpensive way of doing it. I used to own a civic and there were tons of things you could do to that car for cheap. I am a bit frugal. so any help please

Hi, and welcome to forum.

Are you looking to improve performance, cosmetics, audio/video or ?

there is a lot you can do but cheap usually doesn't enter into the equation.
but the good news is the car is pretty phenomenal as is.

Welcome to the site. :welcome:

The Z can be modified in some ways without going to great expense...intakes and stiffer sways come to mind. But the VQ can be pricey to extract additional horsepower from.

Hi and welcome. You'll be amazed at what ppl do to their Z's. I would just kick back and read up on the different sections that catch your attention, see what ppl have done, enjoy the pics, but most of all, go out there and drive it first. Get a feel for it, watch all the rubbernecking, and try to keep that grin off your face. :welcome:

The first thing I would do would be to tint the windows. Then decide if you want better rims/tires or a good stereo. After that.....the mod itch will start.

Using estrogen and safe in the same sentence, that must be a first

Welcome! Spend some time getting to know your Z before modding it out cause once you start, it becomes a never ending money pit! :ahhh:

I bought my Z about a month ago and plan to keep her bone stock. (Of course, that could all change later :nervous: ) As my user name suggests, I've been known to become obsessed once I start something. I've modded out every single car or bike I've ever owned, spending so much money, my friends don't understand how my wife can handle it all. I've got $13,000 in mods from my last car sitting in my basement. Besides, the Z comes so nicely equipped stock, what's the rush?
