Heralding the future design direction of Jaguar Cars is the Advanced Lightweight Coupe concept car. Jaguar describes the coupe as visual energy, suggesting movement from its geometrical oval front grille to the strong shoulders that house the unique 21-inch multispoke alloy wheels.

Designed to showcase Jaguar's aluminum technology currently used on the Jaguar XJ sedan, the coupe is a 2+2 show car with a simple, yet breathtaking interior. There's nothing excessive about the cabin, it remains pure in its Jaguar heritage. It's larger inside and better packaged than previous Jaguar coupes with more headroom, plus multidirection front seats and individual bucket seats for rear passengers. Tan leather with visible stitching covers the interior from seats to dash, surrounding bright aluminum accents.

Outfitted with a V8 powertrain, the aluminum architecture provides a lightweight coupe that would be capable of zero to 60 mph in less than 5 seconds, reaching 180 mph.

**The Jaguar Advanced Lightweight Coupe has angular headlamps, a departure from the elliptical lenses on current models.

**The Advanced Lightweight Coupe's rear end tapers toward two center-mounted tailpipes.

**Twenty-one-inch alloy wheels fill the Advanced Lightweight Coupe's swelling fenders.

It looks like it has elements from Aston Martin, Maserati, and RX-8 all wrapped up in a gay baby blue backdrop.

It looks like the design engineers became very dissoriented and just threw various shapes and forms together in time for a deadline.
