My buddy sent this to me and I told him I'd see if I could get some answers. His sister has an '06 Altima and would like to be able to connect her Ipod to the factory radio. Does anyone know if this piece will do that, or know the appropriate piece to do that? The car does not have a Bose radio.

I do know that some stores sell a Ipod adapter that the can connect to the radio through the glove compartment and u plug it into your ipod and let it sit in the glove box. u usually use pre made playlists. The only thing is that Idk if you can do it with the stock radio unit but rather an after market one. I also had a aftermarket radio in my BMW 318is and it had a hole to plug a cord in and then to your ipod. the first choice is a lot cleaner and nicer, but is also more expensive ( around 140 at circut city) and the new radio: I found nice ones for around 200. your sisters choice but thats the only waysI know of...or you can try the stupid radio trasnmitter which I think is a waste of money.
