Just want to give props and Thanks to Darren & Intense Motorsports! They came through on locating and getting my order for some new GTSpec tie braces. There are a lot of great vendors on the forum but Intense always comes through! Thanks again Intense & Darren!
Just did business with them two weeks ago, and received my Greddy Side Skirts in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

Ive had several orders through here (some even huge like the vertex kit deal), all were perfect transactions, definitely my #1 go-to place for ordering parts
Bought a cold air intake for my 07 z, website is great got a great deal on it and was shipped faster than expected
I had a bad experience but they fixed it after my moms boyfriend called for me since when i get off shift they are closed, i ordered the ABS style RS front lip spoiler, already painted chrome silver. they sent me a email after i ordered it, saying my order was confirmed and then a day later i got another email saying my order was shipped. well.. a month later and my front lip never arrived at the house.. when my moms boyfriend called the salesman said he will check on it , called my moms boyfriend back, the thing was, it never left the warehouse. so they shipped it, the next day i got a email with a tracking number saying it was sent. so im crossing my fingers and hopefully it arrives this time. I think they are good, companys make mistakes, noone is perfect. They fixed the problem, so no harm no foul. ya know
i have ordered a bunch of stuff from them and its all been great. i will be ordering my exhaust from them when i get the money
I ordered the Hotchkis TVS Kit from them, and they were fantastic. They'll give you a "Forum Discount" but you have to request it. Shipping was fast, and the items all arrived in perfect working order.
3/4 og my mods are bought via Darren at Intense. :biggrin: They've made more than a couple grand off of me alone. LOL!!! If I was closer they would be doing my JWT install.
Werd. Intense is a local shop for me since I live in AZ and they're top of the line.

I had a good experience with them when I ordered the Hotchkis sways. After I ordered online, the next day, they called to let me know they didn't have any in stock. They have a shipment coming from Hotchkis coming in the next few days and wanted to know if I still wanted 'em. I said yeah. I got the sways within 5 business days in time for a weekend workshop I was going to.

Acutally having a horrible experience. I ordered a set of Borla Headers for my car and they deducted the money the same day as i placed the order which was on the 5th of this month. After going around and around i finally got a tracking number that has been sitting there showing an unknown status. I called Fed ex and they said that there was no package schedule for pick up with them. Its now the 18th and i don't even have a package being sent to me yet..... :xZ!o:

Good speaking with you on the phone.. hope all is resolved as it is unfortunate when a manufacture drops the ball and it reflects or trickles down. Thank you for the understanding and support.

Product was purchased from us and we have spoken to the customer about the purchase. It was to have drop shipped from Borla however they did not and did not communicate in a timely manner of the insufficient parts. A credit on his card will be applied and an email has also been sent along with the phone correspondence with this customer.

They lie to customers give you every story in the book and blame everyone else for there F--- ups. I have delt with them twice and both times was a nightmare. I ordered a polished plenuim and AEM intake silver powdercoat on Nov 3 and 1 1/2 month later still don't have them. gave me a bunch of excuses blaming everyone they just sent me out the AEM intake (guessing to make me happy) and they sent the wrong one (polished.. I wanted gunmetal) called them up giving me bunch of excuses blaming AEM and trying to talk me into keeping the polished one saying it's more expensive!!! I DON"T CARE! I want what i ordered. They said they will call me back to figure out what they wanna do and never got a call! Been calling them all day today and they never answer the phone! I'M going to just cancel the whole order. The first time i delt with them the same thing waiting a month for a NISMO oil cap telling me it a national backorder until i feed up and got it elsewhere. Then when i called for the refund i waited 3 weeks and no refund had to call them again to credit me back! Just the worst stay far away from them TRUST ME!!! :banghead:

Sorry to hear you had bad experiences....I have dealt with them on more than one occasion and had nothing but good experiences with both product and service. I hope they aren't going down the shitter w/ a lot of the other companies.
