Well you can see it on his percentage rating! no need to report cause others are after him for not shipping any product. this guy is really shady. I already have the labor board and a few others after him. only a matter of time.

not discussing details on a public forum!

Having just been screwed for a set of springs. I can tell you, Ebay does not pay for alot of the scams. I purchased a set of springs from Best_Prices_On_The_Net. They had a an online store with lots of merchandise. They had a 99% rating which I took on faith. They had the springs for $125.00 plus $48.00 shipping. Obviously $48.00 is a stupid high number but I figured it gave them a lower Buy it now price. Others had similar springs for $150.00 plus $25.00 shipping. Same price right? Wrong, when it come time for a claim they refund the price of the item minus shipping and minus a $25.00 fee. So I was looking at getting $99.00 from EBay but not untill I sent them a letter from my credit card company stating that they would not cover the loss. I did not use pay pal. My bank was kind enough to cover the loss. So EBay weaseled out of that one.
Why didn't I use Pay Pal? Well I did not notice the lack of the Pay Pal logo on their busy store front  .As you know once you get into a Buy it now item there is no turning back. After completing the multiple steps in the purchase page I never did give them my card info. It did instruct me to contact the seller. I called the numbe and got an answering machine. I left my info and sent several EMails and no response. I then looked at their history and they had defaulted on 12 people in the last month. I sent them an EMail stating that I was no longer interested and I wanted to cancel my purchase due to lack of communication and concern over their history. My next and only response was a non paying bidder dispute against me. This time it had a functioning pay link. I felt pressured with the threat against my record so I payed up. Well sure as $hit the springs never show up. You are asked to wait 30 days befor filing a no or damaged product claim. So after six weeks total I finally file my claim. I never did use my ONE chance to leave feedbackas I was waiting for completion. After entering a claim you nolonger have the ability to place feedback. During the month I waited another two dozen bad feedbacks were left. How many people lost their chance like me? I tried to contact the credit processing company the he used. They refused to me any info. I simply wanted to know if my credit info is given to the merchant or do they simply transfer funds into his account? " Sir we can only give information to our customers (merchants)". So do I cancel the debit card and deal with changing all of my direct debit bills? Tip. Don't use a debit account. They are much more involved to change the number than to cancel a credit card. They finally closed the EBay store and They have not given me any update. The part that pisses me off is I knew that I was going to get screwed before I paid. My best judgement said cut and run but mu concern for my record compelled me into paying.

Wow! :xZ!o: What a nightmare that must have been! Since my last eBay horror event, I no longer bid there for unique merchandise. If I ever choose to go there again, I will only communicate with a merchant that I have dealt with in the past. It shameful, but it seems like eBay does not have much control over the growing number of scam artists that are posing as reputable merchants. Buyers get burned every day and are often left with very little options to recoup their losses. :helpsmilie:

There's also something else happening, especially with Z's. l saw a Z on sale for under 3K...too good to be true, right? **** straight. Someone posted a guide on it on eBay, stating that the wanted to use Western Union to do the transaction....doesn't eBay warn you NOT to use Western Union??? Anyway, the auction claimed that the "person's son died in Iraq and the couldn't stand to see the car anymore"......

With your issue, my uncle's account was also hacked and someone tried to use it, but luckily for us, this was years ago, and eBay changed the password and sent him warning emails. l guess the service got worse over the years......hopefully it'll work out for you, yet l have no doubts stating that it wouldn't.
