This has been discussed elsewhere on here, but I'll throw in my $0.02 again.
I have the Stillen setup, with a centreforce clutch and a Stillen flywheel. Stillen's flywheel is billet (not one of the multi-piece jobs), which just sounds a little more reliable to me; it's also within a pound or two of the lightest on the market. The clutch is definitely different than the stock clutch, but not in a bad way. Assuming you've got a few miles on the car, I'd go ahead and do both while you're in there. Shift times are down by between 25-50%, depending on the gear.
Parts cost about $950, about $1500 with installation.
