Im a new member with an 03 enthusiast with the stock 17"x7.5" front and 17"x8" rear rims. The stock tire size is 225/50-17 for fronts and 235/50-17 for the rears and I bought ZII star specs in 225/45-17 for fronts and 235/45-17 for the rears. The front to rear height difference is 1.2% but I did not think about the height difference compared to the old tires which is about an 1" difference. I know it will get less mpg and the speedo will be off a bit but will the abs and tcs still work ok.

They should work as long as they are under an inch height difference.

I believe you ordered the stock 17 in tire size, yes they will work fine on your car.

That is good thank you for you advice. But why is an inch the cut off point for height difference

Not sure you are going to see that much difference
