ok,so I put my car in the body shop to repaint the front and rear bumpers an fix 2 small dents on the rear quarter panel from me dropping my friend's stock exhaust on it
So I go today to pick it up and I drive directly to the local auto parts store to pick up some micro-fiber towels to polish her up real nice..I was in the store no longer than 3 minutes.I went to my garage to polish up and guess what I see??
A ding in my rear quarter LARGER than the two I just had fixed...Someone must have backed into my car while I was in the auto parts store and left!!!Ho much do people absolutely SUCK SALTY BALLS!!!
I am so sick over it,seeing how I just got the car out of the shop 15 minutes prior and the people in my area have absolutely no respect for anyones property..I am so pissed off all I can say is

To further piss me off my one buddy who just got his 350Z out of the shop after 4 months of doing a custom body kit and stereo system, got rear ended by a dump truck on the Gothals bridge today....I mean how much is this god **** car jinxed??
I really just want to smack someone I dont like really hard right now...

that sucks royally

i used to park mine at the very edge of every parking lot just in case.. and guess what>? it still got a huge scratch on the rear quarter one day.. what assholes.. if i had seen them .. there would be one or two less assholes in this world
This is exactly why I don't bother anymore... it's a street car, and therefore is destined to get smacked by flying objects and/or other retards on the road (America is full of a sea or idiots). After I hit a fox, I gave up trying to maintain a perfect condition of the car. Since then I've gotten a door ding, gotten hit by a baseball, hit 8 other animals, gone agricultural racing 3 times, etc. Mine is a street car turning track warrior, so at least I know mine is used... Anyways, my point is that while your experience might be frustrating, get used to it. As long as your car is on the street, this **** is going to happen.
OMG that blows chunks. Why can't these people stay the F*** away from our Z's. I can't believe all this shi**y luck that's been going around. Hunt that sucker down man! I feel for ya. *Hugs* to you and your Z!

I completely aggree with you on this one..Problem is I dont drive my car every day and pretty much use it for shows..I wouldnt mind the ding but I literally was not out of the body shop more than 6 minutes!!And it was in the same spot I just paid to have fixed!!
But here is the deal,I am not 100% sure that it did not leave the body shop that way!!I mean I would think I would have noticed it,or the guy doing the work would have...And to make things worse the guy at the shop is kind of a friend of mine and I really do not want to accuse them of dinging it..SO what should I do??It HAS to get fixed cause its worse than the two I just fixed

This really wouldnt have been so bad if it happened a month from now but I mean C'mon, 6 minutes???

i would just go back and ask him how much it will cost to get fixed and im sure he is gonna ask you how it happened. Just explain the story and watch his reaction.

i am sorry daking this happened, but I feel the same way John does. It is inevitable for this crap to happen and it just really pissses me off

Maybe you can use those dent repair services if it's not too bad? Might be cheaper if the paint is OK.
i think that the gov't should only give driver license to only ppl who knows how to drive and park.
