Are you a track *****? Never been to a track? This is an awesome opportunity if you live in socal.

Cheap, Safe!!! Redline Track Events!

I have no affiliation with them but, would love to meet some fellow Z owners at the track. This is seriously cheap track time, $100 for at least 2 hours of driving time! If you PM me however I can get you in for $90!!! This is through a Miata group I belong to who attends these things often enough to deserve a discount.

Anyway just thought I get this out there! If there is an event or track forum put up a link 'cause this
couldn't locate it.

Hope to see you there!

I'd really like to get out to the west coast to try those tracks. Unforunately, the only way I see that happening is if I either (1) move out there (which I'd love to do if somebody has a good paying job available) or (2) I fly out there and somebody lets me "co-drive" their car.

For those of you in SoCal, you have a sports car, take it to the track and use it for what it's designed to do!

I have run with redlinetrackevents several times. About the cheapest track events available in SoCal. If you are a newbie, you MUST take the driving course for an extra $30. You will get the same amount of track time. Streets of Wilow is a good track for beginners, and drivers with good handling low-hp cars. Frankly, it is my LEAST favorite of all the tracks I have driven in SoCal and N.W. NV. The big track at Willow Springs and Buttonwillow are WAY more fun in a high hp car like a 350Z. Longer straights, but plenty of twisties too.

A very good driver in a Miata will make mince meat out of a relatively new (say 3 - 5 previous HPDE events) in a 350Z at Streets. Let him try that at Big Willow.

Have fun out there.
