sorry I didn't see this earlier. i cut it myself with a hacksaw. same type you use to cut pipe. works very well and if you mess up, you can always cut a different piece if you got a big enough L piece.

Yea, mine is VA too. I just insisted to my dealer that they NOT put the front license plate bracket on. I still have the bracket in the baggie up in the attic with all my other OEM parts that I've modded.

One problem, my 04 roadster has a 22mm dia tow hook. Try finding bolt that size
