Welcome- the question should not be "what is the max power the car can take"? After all, the VQ35DE was never designed for forced induction in the first place and despite the parts you list, FI will always compromise overall longevity of the engine. Will it make 500 HP for a short time? Probably, depending on boost and tune parameters, but I'd definitely add fresh ARP headstuds to the purchase list. Also, not sure what you mean by "all that and no (new) bearings"? Do you mean you'd reuse the used rod and main bearings with the new pistons and rods? Please explain...

OK- we're making some progress here. ARP headstuds and nuts will help your VQ quite a bit. But ACL "ball bearings" make no sense. Do you mean you're using ACL rod and main bearings? Who is doing this engine build?
