I was considering purchasing the Nismo Titanium GT shift knob, but was wondering how it handles surface temperature, too hot, too cold?? Thanks!

I have the other style Nismo Titanium knob. It can get hot but not unbearable, but cools off quickly enough.

I have it. It only actually burned to the touch once. Yes it got that hot. Most of the time it's warm. Haven't had it in the winter. I keep my windshield coverred now as well so hasn't been a problem as of late

I have a good guess to what it is from what you said in an earlier post

No metal for me. Where I live (low deserts of So. Cal.) it's 110+ all summer long. So it doesn't matter even in the shade it's hot. Even the shift pattern on the stock shifter will burn you if you're not careful.
