where do you jack up your Z without damaging anything, and where would I place the jack stands??? for the jack that comes with the car, there is a thin metal part that goes in between the factory jack, but where would I place a big jack without bending/denting anything, thanks!

I just checked, can't find anything about jacking up and placing the jack stands, I know it can be done, just don't know how to without damaging anything.
