high-flow cats... worth the money as the only exhaust mod or no?
noticeable gains and sound or no?

Very worth the money. The stock cats are our most restrictive part of our exhaust. I am thinking about selling my Kinetix Resonated test pipes if interested.

Crawford will be a higher quality but a little higher price.

Install is midrange. Some of the bolts are a pain in the ass to get to. I would suggest buying a couple long socket extensions (I bought two 20" ones from sears and just returned them the next day) and go at the top bolts from atop the engine bay.

i did the install w/the car on jack stands and it was a pain in the ass. just b/c there is so little room to gain leverage on the bolts. it can be done and done correctly though...just takes time. the long socket extensions are a must...unless you have amazing contortionist skills w/your arms and fingers

Here is how I installed my exhaust... It was pretty easy. I'm also going to install my cats (when I get them) this way :irock:
