Everytime my tach hits 1000 rpms(on acceleration only). My exhaust feels like it's about to fall off due to the rattling noise I hear.

As soon as the car hits 1100 rpm's, the rattle is gone. True I might not be down in that rpm range very often, but when I am(my parking garage at work, 5 o' clock traffic etc) it really bugs the **** out of me.

A professional shop put the exhaust on and I saw them tighten every bolt, anyone else have any ideas?? spacers? clearence?

I have the Apex'i World Sport 2 exhaust. Any help appreciated!!

Could it be a heat shield? I replaced my stock cats with the test pipes and left the support bracket off (which holds the cats together). I have no vibration issues or rattling. I hope it's not a stud from your exhaust manifold.

if anyone else experiences this problem, it's very possible that it's your heatsheild rattling against your muffler.
