After completing an engine swap I noticed that this grey clip is missing. So now the connection is loose. My PCM keeps going into limp mode so I’m thinking this has something to do with it. Is it possible for this clip to fall off?

If the grey clip is one that secures the electrical connector to the port, then yes, it's possible. But the grey harness clips that I've seen are securely attached to the connector. They don't fall off- more likely they were ripped off. What code is showing up?
