Hi guys I have a 350z 2004 model with some bolt-ons :nismo exhaust, megan test pipes ,nismo headers ,k&n drop in air filter ,5/16 plenum spacer
,JWT plate & flywheel and the turboXS UTEC .

So what do you think I m able to achieve 280-290 whp with good tuning ??

The problem right now is that with stock Z i m not far enough 1-1/2 car front
whats your opinion about that ??

I m going next week for tuning the UTEC

245 to 250 whp. If your tuner says more than that, he's fudging the numbers. I'm hoping for 280whp and I have every bolt-on plus JWT S7 cams on an '06 Rev-Up.

-Confused- it says 287 bhp. so thats just engine HP not to the wheels?. how much torque does the Z have then?.

I have a JWT popcharger, Motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer, kinetix high flow cats, XO2 true dual exhaust.. so that means im prolly pushing 230 hp to the wheels and 310ish to just the motor??.

ok 245-250 its good numbers but I have seen other Z 's achieve more than 250 with the same mods or less

I know if i m going to search I will find more dyno charts but all this doesn t mean nothing
Also some of them they have only bolt ons without tuning ecu or UTEC

So I m hoping for better results than 250 what do u say ?

I also think it's possible. I got rated in the range of low 240s from different dyno's. I don't have as many mods as your car, either.

That doesn't mean much. I can video tape me running my car on the dyno and show you a 500 whp chart right now. Doesn't mean I'm actually making 500 whp, though. It's not difficult to mess with the correction factor to get whatever reading I want. Run the car in the 1/4 mile... Your time tells you how well you hooked up and how good a driver you are. Your speed tells you haw much power the car's making. If you can run a 13.7 @ 103 at sea level in a Z, you're right around 250 whp.

I made 263whp on a dynojet with almost the same bolt on's as the OP. The difference was I have a Borla TD and had a unichip at the time. Now I have a Utec and I know my power has gone up. My car pulls so much harder in every gear.

I've dynoed from 249 to 281 on different dynos. Bring it to the track.
+1. A dyno only tells you what your car does in one gear. I added an X-pipe muffler to my Borla and noticed an improvement in first through third gear, however my fourth gear pull was the same as before.
