If you're looking for a more european sports car sound than a raspy droning fart can sound well here ya go. 100% Stainless Steel true dual exhaust. The Stillen comes in three sections, providing you with an easier install and less chance for leaks and is availible in 2 tip styles: Single Wall and Dual Wall

It also provides better gains than most of the aftermarket exhausts available to the 350z the highest being 16hp and 14ftlb tq. Sport Z magazine found it to have the greatest gains of the 5 exhausts tested.

For Soundclips go to Sport Z Magazines's 2003 Exhaust Shootout. The mp3 is on the dyno followed by a driveby. The mpeg is the car being reved at a stop.

For Reviews Here are 2 in PDF One in HCI and the forementioned Sport Z mag

For Pricing that is still being worked out. MSRP is 1250 you can find it often for 1150. We're looking for around 8 or more to get a good price. It comes in TWO very large boxes so be prepared. So say a prayer for the poor shipping guys who get to move all these things.

I'll post more info as soon as I get it.

That does sound nice.. I like it much better than most others. I'd love to see some dynos on this.. as well as a price closer to the $1000 mark.
I've got a Stillen dual wall tip exhaust with an Injen CAI, and I've got to say the only car I've heard personally that sounds better was an '04 360 Modena. No lie. Then again, I'm a little prejudice.

Alright Update: So far price is at 1050, I'll try to get it down lower and I'll post some dyno sheets tomorrow.

What is the weight factor compared to the stock exhaust?

Edit: What difference is a single wall to a dual wall?

dual wall only applies to the tip sections itself, not the whole exaust. as for weight, anything has to be better than stock. but being stainless it may be a bit on the heavy side

Well that is one of the downsides stock exhaust weighs 64lbs the stillen weighs 74lbs. Reasons being that the stock exhaust is not a dual exhaust, comes from the cats to to a Y pipe to a single muffler that splits to two tips. Also yes the stainless is a bit heavy. Borla also has a true dual but, not really since theirs goes into a single muffler.

And to see the difference in single and dual wall tips just click single wall and dual wall up in my first post and it will link you to some pics. Also there are links to mp3's of the exhaust sound up there and the reviews ( can't see the links due to color settings )

Oh and to clarify since I got jumped all over at another forum. The hp/tq numbers listed are at the crank not rear wheel.

When Sport Z tested they got 8.1hp and 7.3tq increase at the wheels. Though I know I've seen higher dynos than that. I'll try to find em when I get some more time.

Take it easy.
