Not a newbie, but I do have a grounding kit.
Don't know if it' did anything other than make the engine bay look a bit nicer

All it did for me was stabalize my idle.. and look pretty lol
It did add 1hp, which I TOTALLY felt too.. :lol:

It definitely smoothed out the idle and dropped the idle revs. Whether it did anything for performance I don't know.
I have a spare set which anybody is welcome to have at no cost. Maybe a few $ to cover postage. PM me if you are interested. I had mine made locally and there was a minimum charge, so two sets cost the same as one.
