Been having a lot of problems with my 05 Z. When my car is all warmed up, i hear a grind when i accelerate at WOT from a stop or low MPH. The sound doesnt really occur when my engine is cold. Any ideas on what that might be?

And also my Z is an automatic.

I have an 03 5AT but haven't experienced this.
