I am presently on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires and like them a lot for Texas summers and rainy winters. The grip is really good and the tread pattern moves rain water away from the tire patch with no problems at all. Goodyear is going to buy me my next set of tires, so I was thinking of "moving up" to the F1 Supercar tires, but I wanted to know if anyone had first hand experience with this rubber. Tirerack.com says that the grip of the Supercar is comparable, but the handling is improved over the GS-D3 at the expense of noise and road comfort. Anyone?

BTW, my GS-D3 tires have about 25,000 miles on them including 4 track days, and I have enough tread depth to go another 5-8,000 more miles or so. Color me a very satisfied GY consumer.

I was just at Goodyear getting an oil change and the guy was telling me about these. I would like to know also.
