Alright.. been doing some hours of research asking people around and finally found someone with the same set up as I have.

I have GT7s with the following setup:

Front: 19 x 9.5 (+30 Offset) 245/35/19
Rear : 19 x 10.5 (+24 Offset) 275/35/19

I will be lowering my car with Eibach Pro Kit this weekend and will post some before and after pics. Hopefully it wont rub and i wont have to roll my fender. Wish me luck guys !

I think you'll be alright. Those lower about an inch, right? Can't wait to see the pics.

I currently have a 1 inch drop, I am running:

front, 9.5 +12 offset
rear, 10.5 +22 offset

I don't have any rubbing issues at all and I did not roll my fendors.

I finally did it...lowered my Z with Eibach Pro Kits. I was afraid that my rear fender was gonna rub but luckily, no rub at all. With a help from my friend, I was able to get it done in 3 hours.

So for anyone who is hestitating to lower their car and fear that their rear fenders gonna rub, it wont so go for it.

Here is my set up.,

Front: 19 x 9.5 with +30 Offset (245/35/19)
Rear: 19 x 10.5 with +24 Offset (275/35/19)

I will post some pics tomorrow. Just wanted to share the info.

The car looks million times better lowered now and reduced a lot of the wheel gap. :D

The springs have settled a lot more than what it shows on the pic. Just for the measurement sake, on the rear, It was about 3.5 fingers gap and now barely a finger. AND NO RUBBING !!!...

Its remarkable how much a difference it makes...
