Brand new headers fit 2003 and 2004 350Z and G35s (not sure about 2005s). DC Sports headers have shown to make approx 9.5 rwhp and 12.5 rwtq in the midrange RPMs. The headers come with the necessary mounting hardware and instructions, but no gaskets (I've heard you can reuse the ones you already have on the car).
